Located in Ierapetra and 200 m from the beautiful beach, Ikia Apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. within a space of 120 m².  Three individually air conditioned bedrooms with TV & two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are fitted with a double bed, the third one can be laid as double or a twin upon guests request. Moreover, there is an open-plan totally equipped kitchen.

It features a ceramic hob, a microwave, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a kettle, an oven, a fridge freezer, cutlery, kitchenware and tableware. The holiday apartment is complete with modern grand air conditioned living and dining area with sat smart TV.

The airy living spaces reflect a white & gray color palette, offering a sleek appearance, and stand out from the rest. Minimalistic designs pare things down to the basics, ditch the superfluous and create a sleek and sophisticated look. This selective design provides a calming oasis in the heart of Ierapetra city, that the property is located in. ss than 20 meters from the apartment there is Lakerda pedestrian street and the center of the town with a wide variety of shops and cafes.

The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible only by stairs.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed). The lodging is located in a pedestrian area and it does not have parking. However, the parking is allowed at the surrounding vertical streets.

The Fine Print

A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
